The hearing date for the purposes of the rule was determined to be 22nd April 2015, when parties were to highlight submissions or seek a judgment date, not 11th March 2015 when the matter was adjourned for written submissions. However, the notice of cross appeal was only lodged in the Court of Appeal registry on 21st April 2015, which was less than thirty days before the hearing date.
