R No. 57798 in favour of the 9th plaintiff and to cause the transfer to be registered in the name of the 9th plaintiff within 30 days.
  • In default, the Deputy Registrar of the Environment and Land Court at Nairobi is ordered to execute all documents required to effect the transfer of the reversionary leasehold interest to the 9th plaintiff.
