Civil Suit / Ruling on Interlocutory Injunction Application

  1. 1 Whether the applicant has established a prima facie case for grant of a temporary injunction.
  2. 2 Whether the applicant is the lawful administrator entitled to deal with the suit properties.
  3. 3 Whether the transfer of the suit properties to third parties was lawful under the Law of Succession Act.

Court Disposition

Temporary injunction granted.
