On the substantive issues, the court held that the deceased had, during his lifetime, assigned portions of the suit land to his children, including the appellant and his brothers, who were in occupation and use of those portions. The respondent's activities on the land were at the invitation and with the consent of the appellant's brothers, who were beneficiaries in possession....
