The evidence showed that the surrender was executed by the Secretary of the Commission lawfully appointed to run the appellant's affairs, and there was no evidence adduced by the appellant to impeach the authority or validity of the surrender. The subsequent registration and transfer of the suit land to the 1st respondent and its predecessor were conducted lawfully, with the appellant's knowledge and participation in the process, including approvals for subdivision and collection of land rates.
