I have gone through the Notice of Motion application dated October 2, 2023 filed under certificate of urgency and the supporting affidavit of the applicant, Nancy Wanjiru Munyota, seeking review of the trial court’s order denying her bail/bond, and order as follows:1. The matter is not certified urgent.2. The certified record of proceedings be submitted to the High Court in a skeleton file within 30 days without fail.3. The application and order of this court be served upon the respondent within 7 days from the date hereof.4. Upon service, the respondent to file a response within 14 days.5. That this matter shall be mentioned on 7/12/2023 for directions.
