The appellant failed to fulfil this condition and did not seek an extension of time. As a result, the appellant breached his part of the bargain, causing prejudice to the applicant who was denied access to rent that rightfully belonged to her. The court held that where conditions of a consent order are not fulfilled, the order may be reviewed or varied.
