Upon review, the High Court found that the injuries suffered by the appellant were less severe than those in the authorities cited by the appellant but comparable to those in Duncan Mwenda & 2 Others v Silas Kinyua Kithela (2018) eKLR, where Kshs. 350,000/= was awarded for similar injuries.
