1. The applicant filed the undated notice of motion filed on 12th November 2024. In the application, the applicant sought sentence review. Directions were issued by this court with the matter set down for hearing on 27th January 2025.
2. On 27th January 2025, neither the applicant nor his advocate was present to prosecute their application.
3. The application is consequently dismissed for want of prosecution.Order accordingly.
