Procedural Posture

Civil Appeal / Judgment on Appeal From Consolidated High Court Suits

  1. 1 Whether Githiga New Farmers Limited or the registered individuals are the legal owners of LR 62178.
  2. 2 Whether sale of company shares equated to transfer of land interest.
  3. 3 Whether a resulting or constructive trust arose in favour of shareholders not registered as owners.
