Section 18(2) of the Land Registration Act expressly bars the court from entertaining boundary disputes until the Land Registrar has determined the boundaries. The Plaintiffs' own pleadings, including their request for the District Surveyor and Land Registrar to restore the boundary, confirmed the nature of the dispute.
