The court further held that security for due performance is a mandatory requirement under Order 42 Rule 6(2)(c) of the Civil Procedure Rules, and the appellant's offer to furnish a bank guarantee from Family Bank, as well as deposit part of the decretal sum, satisfied this requirement.
