The Industrial Property Act vests original jurisdiction for such matters, including the grant of injunctions and other remedies, in the Industrial Property Tribunal. The plaintiff, having only applied for registration of a utility model and not being the holder of a granted patent or certificate, could not enforce rights or seek injunctive relief in the High Court.
