The tenant failed to provide credible evidence of having constructed the buildings or of any agreement entitling her to compensation for improvements. The Tribunal held that the landlord was entitled to enforce the terms of the lease, including the agreed rent of Kshs.25,000/- per month from January 2020, and to vacant possession following proper notice.
