I have perused the Applicant’s notice of motion dated 3. 7.2024, the supporting affidavit of Ian Mbae sworn on even date and I am not persuaded of the urgency as no evidence of imminent execution has been adduced wherefore I make the following orders:-1. This application is not certified as urgent.2. The same be served within 2 days from the date hereof.3. The Respondent is directed to file a response thereto within 9 days from the date hereof.4. Mention on 24/7/2024 to take further directions.
