In the interests of justice and fairness, and given the absence of opposition to the application, the Tribunal exercised its discretion to grant leave to both parties to re-open their cases, file and serve witness statements and documents within 30 days, and ordered that the matter be heard afresh. Costs of the application were ordered to be in the cause, and a mention date was set for compliance and pre-trial directions.
