The High Court lacks jurisdiction to enlarge time for filing a notice of appeal as such power is vested exclusively in the Court of Appeal under the Court of Appeal Rules. The applicant, however, has an automatic right of appeal against the summary rejection order under Section 79B of the Civil Procedure Act, as this raises procedural issues covered by Section 72(1)(c) and (2).
