The evidence showed that only four out of twenty-eight claimants testified, and their evidence was insufficient to establish adverse possession for all. The respondents' occupation originated as workers or children of workers, often with the owner's consent, and there was no clear evidence of exclusive, open, and adverse possession for the statutory period.
