No application for Land Control Board consent was made within three months of the agreement, rendering the transaction void for all purposes by operation of Section 6(2) of the Act. The subsequent application for consent made on November 18, 1978, was out of time and, even if considered, was deemed refused under Section 9(2) as the Board did not determine it within three months.
