There was no evidence of interruption or challenge by the registered owner. The requirements for adverse possession under Section 38 of the Limitation of Actions Act were satisfied. Consequently, the estate of Bonface Sumba Oracha was entitled to be registered as proprietor of the land parcel LR No. 1414/VI/MN (CR No. 11108) by way of adverse possession.
