Ruling
1. The applicant, Clement Mwangi Njeri approached this court through an application dated 30th January,2024 seeking to be admitted to reasonable bail/bond terms pending investigations, arrest, incarceration and/or charge; and, release of motor-vehicle registration No. KDN 915Y detained at Parklands Police Station.
2. The basis of the application is that the applicant who operates an executive car line hired the subject car to some individuals who apparently ventured into criminal activities using the vehicle without his knowledge.
3. On 9th February, 2024 the applicant sought to have the matter withdrawn. There being no objection by the respondent, the application stands withdrawn and the file is accorindgly closed.
4. It is so ordered.
