1. On 30. 09. 2024, the advocates for the parties in this matter proffered the following Consent, which they asked the Court to adopt as a Judgment.By Consent” I.That a declaration that the plaintiff is the legal owner of L.R No. Ruiri/Rwarera/890 and L.R No. Ruiri/Rwarera/3273 all measuring approximately 29 acres in total.
II.That the land Adjudication and settlement officer – Meru Central and the County surveyor – Meru County Government be directed to reinstate parcels of land L.R No. Ruiri/Rwarera/890 and L.R No. Ruiri/Rwarera/3273 to their original sizes as originally demarcated on sheet map No. 108/1/22/2 and 108/3/81/1 respectively and place boundaries on the ground.
III.That this consent be adopted ad the order of this Honourable court and subsequently mark this matter as settled in the terms of the consent with no order as to costs.
