RULING
1. The suit was dismissed by the Hon. Justice Githinji, J, on 8. 7.2015.
2. As a consequence of this dismissal, matters concerning directions should not be brought to court.
3. The dismissal of this suit should be recorded in the register for dismissed suits.
4. It is so ordered.
