The retainer was not disputed by the respondent, and therefore, under section 51(2) of the Advocates Act, the applicant was entitled to judgment for the taxed sum. However, since the applicant had not included a claim for interest under rule 7 of the Advocates Remuneration Order in the bill delivered to the respondent, interest at 14% per annum was not applicable.
