The court found that the appellant's own pleadings characterized the dispute as a boundary dispute and that the only relief sought was a mandatory injunction compelling the Land Registrar to review and re-establish boundaries. There was no substantive claim for breach of contract or ownership beyond the boundary issue. Section 18(2) of the Land Registration Act expressly bars courts from entertaining boundary disputes until the Land Registrar has determined the boundaries.
