Ratio Decidendi

The current application, being a repeat of the earlier one, was deemed an abuse of the court process. The court emphasized that litigants are not permitted to file multiple applications seeking the same relief after the matter has been conclusively determined. Accordingly, the application dated 6/8/2024 was dismissed and the file closed.
