1. I have considered the Motion dated 18th September, 2024. The same is supported by the affidavit of Clifford Otieno Obiero of even date.
2. I have seen the Certificate of Costs dated 6th August, 2024. There is no evidence that the same has been varied or set aside. The costs are assessed at Kshs.378,276/=.
3. Accordingly, I enter judgment in terms of the said Certificate of Costs.
