1. The Petition of Appeal shall be served upon the respondent by the appellant’s counsel within 7 days and not later than July 6, 2023.
2. The lower court file to be Typed within 60days and a certified copy be provided to the High Court on or before September 8, 2023.
3. Upon receipt of the lower court file, the appellant shall prepare a complete record of appeal at the earliest.
4. This appeal shall be mentioned before the Hon Justice Kimondo for allocation and or directions on September 18, 2023
