In accordance with Section 51(2) of the Advocates Act, the Court adopted the Certificate of Costs as a judgment. The Court further held that the applicant was entitled to interest on the taxed costs at court rates from 25 November 2019, as requested in the Motion and not opposed by the Respondent.
