RULING
1. The Applicant herein Oduma Obata also filed Criminal Revision No. 8/2020 which was disposed of on 20/3/2020. This court dismissed the Application for Sentence Revision.
2. As this matter is a replica of Cr. Revision No. 8/2020, the same is an abuse of court process and is misconceived. The same is hereby dismissed.
3. Filed closed.
4. Orders accordingly.
