The court found that the applicant had justified the transfer of the suits based on proximity to the respondents and convenience for all parties, as both the respondents and claimants are located in the Butali area. The court applied the principles under Sections 17 and 18 of the Civil Procedure Act, as well as relevant case law, to determine that transfer is appropriate where it serves the interests of justice and does not prejudice the respondents. However, the court excluded from transfer any suits that had already been struck out or were subject to pending appeals, as it would not be prudent to make orders affecting those matters.
