The High Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain a petition that seeks to challenge, review, or set aside an advisory opinion rendered by the Supreme Court under Article 163(6) of the Constitution. The Constitution expressly reserves such matters for the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, and Article 165(5)(a) prohibits the High Court from exercising jurisdiction in matters so reserved. The Supreme Court's advisory jurisdiction, once exercised, precludes the High Court from revisiting the same issues, regardless of whether the petitioners frame their challenge as one of original jurisdiction or constitutional interpretation.
