The notice of appeal is a jurisdictional pre-requisite and must be transmitted to the Registrar of the Supreme Court within the stipulated time. While the judgment of the Court of Appeal may be included in the record of appeal or a supplementary record, the notice of appeal cannot be so included and must be transmitted separately and promptly.
