Under Section 51(2) of the Advocates Act, the court has discretion to enter judgment for the certified sum where the retainer is not disputed. Furthermore, Paragraph 7 of the Advocates Remuneration Order entitles the advocate to interest at 14% per annum from 30 days after service of the bill of costs.
