1. The applicant was sentenced to serve ten (10) years imprisonment by Justice Lesit on 29/6/2020, upon appeal. The lower court sentenced the applicant on 15/3/2018.
2. The applicant has served six (6) years. He has one more year to go before he qualifies for early release under the memo dated 7/12/2022 by the Chief Justice.
Orders accordingly.
