Ruling
1. I have perused this file wherein the convict/applicant sought for sentence review. He was convicted and sentenced to serve six (6) months imprisonment on October 17, 2022 vide Kisumu Chief Magistrate Criminal Case No. E743 of 2022 for the offence of stealing.
2. The court reviewed the sentence imposed and placed him on community service order from December 21, 2022 until January 23, 2023.
3. The order has already served its purpose and lapsed.
4. As there are no other pending proceedings in this matter, this file is hereby marked as closed.
