The Notice of Motion seeking substitution and other orders was filed after the suit had already abated, and no application for extension of time or revival of the suit was made. Consequently, there was no valid suit before the Subordinate Court upon which the respondent could be substituted or injunctive and prohibitory orders could be issued.
