Ruling
1. The Applicant Adon Juma Oluoch applied to this court to consolidate his sentences in three different cases of murder, assault causing actual bodily harm and attempted Rape to run concurrently.
2. There is no such law that permits this court to consolidate sentences in offences which were committed at different times and where the convict was tried and convicted at different times in different court files.
3. The applicant/convict herein is mischievous.
4. The application herein dated August 31, 2023 is dismissed for being an abuse of court process.
