COURT: I had directed that this matter be heard by Ogola J who is the presiding judge of the station and who also handles Constitutional Petitions and Judicial Review docket. It however would appear that the counsel went before the judge and asked the Judge to return to me the file. I have this afternoon spoken to the Judge and we have agreed that the matter being under his docket he shall continue to handle it henceforth.
Accordingly, let the matter be mentioned before that Judge on 3/12/2018 for his further directions on the way forward.
