Both the Land Registrar and the Surveyor testified that the amalgamation of the appellant's land with other parcels to form Kisumu/Korando/4883 was illegal. The 1st respondent, despite claiming to be a bona fide purchaser, was aware at the time of purchase that the appellant was the registered owner, as evidenced by the green card and his own testimony.
