1. I have perused the application dated 11/5/2022 seeking leave to appeal out of time. The impugned decision was made on 15/3/2022. The delay is not inordinate.
2. The applicant convict is hereby granted leave to appeal out of time from the judgment and sentence in Siaya CM’s court Sexual Offence case No. 23/2020.
3. The appeal to be filed and served within 14 days of today. In default, the leave granted shall lapse.
4. Orders accordingly.
