The court found the Plaintiffs' expert report by Stanley Juma Muli (PW2) to be the most credible, as it was coherent, well-reasoned, and subjected to peer review, unlike the Defendants' reports which were internally inconsistent, lacked proper comparables, and in some instances relied on outdated or unsubstantiated data.
