Ruling
1. I have perused the Probation Officer’s report dated 6/6/2024 and filed on 19/6/2024. I note that the Probation Officer recommends a non-custodial sentence.
2. Consenquently, I direct that the Applicant shall serve Community Service Order at Esise Chief’s office under the supervision of the area Chief, Mr. Alfred Onchonga, for the remaining part of his snetence period.
Orders accordingly.
