1. I have considered the notice of motion dated 3. 6.2024, the affidavit in support thereof and I do note that the Plaintiff is not opposed to it wherefore I hereby allow the same and make the following orders:-1. The 1st Defendant Silas Ogut Nyambok is hereby disjoined from this suit and in his place the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development is joined as the 1st Defendant.2. The 3rd Defendant is directed to serve the new 1st Defendant; with pleadings of the Plaintiff, the 2nd and 3rd Defendant within 7 days from the date hereof.3. The 1st Defendant, the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development is hereby directed to file its memorandum of appearance simultaneously with its pleadings within 21 days from the date hereof.4. Pre-trial hearing on 25. 9.2024. 5.The Plaintiff to issue notice of the above directions upon the Attorney General, Kisumu Chambers.
