The Claimant, as a third party, was entitled to rely on the apparent authority of the Director of Human Resource and Administration. The Respondent failed to follow due process in terminating the contract, as the Claimant was not given notice or an opportunity to be heard, contrary to Section 41 of the Employment Act.
