1. The Chamber Summons Application dated 30/03/2023 and the Supporting and opposing Affidavits have been considered.
2. The dispute relates to a Certificate of Taxation on Party and Party Bill of Costs arising from division of Matrimonial Properties acquired during subsistence of marriage between the two parties.
3. The said taxation and eventual certificate of taxation were before and issued by hon. G. N. Sitati Deputy Registrar of the Family Division on 24/03/2023.
4. I direct that this application be re-routed to the Deputy Registrar Family Division to reassign to the Presiding Judge of the Family Division for directions.
