Directions were issued by this court, and the matter was set down for hearing and a ruling date issued. 2.On 18th May 2025 when the matter come for mention, Mr. Awino, learned counsel for the applicant made an application to withdraw the application dated 25th November 202 3.The prayer for withdrawal of the application was not opposed by Mr. Mutuma learned prosecution counsel. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this application is marked as withdrawn.Orders accordingly.
