Ruling
1. The convict Chrispine Kennedy Otieno alias ‘Supuu’ was convicted and sentenced to serve one year imprisonment for the offence of being found in possession of Narcotic drugs contrary to Section 3(a) as read with Section 3(2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
2. He pleaded guilty to the charge. This was on 29/10/2021.
3. He has already served his prison term as at 8/7/2022 as per the Sentence Review Report filed in court on 2/8/2022.
4. The file is closed.
