The advocate is entitled to claim interest at 14% per annum from the expiration of one month after delivery of the bill or certificate of costs, provided the claim is made before the costs are paid or tendered in full. In this case, the respondent had not demonstrated payment or tender of the taxed costs, and the applicant had made a timely claim for interest.
