I have considered the Applicant’s notice of motion dated 23rd January, 2023 and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by David Otieno esquire on even date and I do note that the same is unopposed albeit served and I allow the same and I make the following orders:-1. The certificate of costs dated 14th April, 2022 for a sum of Kshs.151,809. 30 is hereby adopted as a judgment of this court.2. The judgment sum shall attract interest at 14% per annum from 10th September, 2021 until payment in full.3.
